The greatest challenge in the incentive and premium industry is the constant need to customize products to fit the ever-changing customer's programs and deliver their messages in a timely manner. For example a typical gift with purchase has to be enticing to the end user; fit the price point, and packaging needs; deliver the customer's message; and be available in large quantities for the program launch.
